«Ashley Marie Springer McDonald, 37, and Woodie Earl Beck III, 53, were identified as the deceased drivers. Andrii Dmyterko, 45, and Denys Kucher, 31, of Pennsylvania were in the semi truck owned by 4 US TRANSPORTATION COMPANY, police say. Dmyterko was identified as the driver of the semi truck and charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter. He was taken to the Clarke County Jail, according to authorities.»
