The community of San Rafael Tepatlaxco , in Chiautempan, Tlaxcala , is experiencing moments of indignation and pain after the fatal collision of Doña Carmen (name withheld), an 84-year-old woman who lost her life when she was hit by a public transport van. The images captured by a security camera - and viralized on social media - show the moment in which the victim was correctly crossing the pedestrian crossing , while the unit takes off without caution, dragging her several meters.

Either he was in the van the whole time and CHOSE to run her over to murder her, or he got in the van and somefuckinghow didn't see her as he climbed in, or he drives with his head ALL the way up his ass, or he was on his phone. I suppose it's also possible there's zero visibility from inside that shitty vehicle, but it looks more like he was just an absolute FUCKING SHIT driver who shouldn't even be allowed to RIDE in a car, let alone drive one.
