BEAVERTON, Ore. — Police are searching for a driver who sideswiped a motorcyclist in what investigators believe was an intentional act during the Monday morning commute.
"The Beaverton Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred on May 5, 2025, at approximately 6:16 a.m. on westbound Highway 26, between Highway 217 and Cedar Hills Boulevard," the department said in a statement.

«doing things super fast has to do with thought.. i think. but it also has to do with.. well.. maybe god's help or something. yeah.. because there is a god. anyway.. it is possible that when the car hit the guy.. the guy could have jumped into the car.. since the car window was open. that would have been smart. he would have saved himself. kind of like a littler boat being hit by a bigger one and the person on the little boat jumping into the bigger boat.. if he could.
that would really have been something if he would have.. as soon as the car began to strike him.. used all his force to jump into the window. he probably would not be able to jump in altogether.. but his arms and head might have made it in.. .. or he might be hanging off and been able to pull himself in.
i would have liked to see that. also.. that driver would have not expected that at all.
so.. if you're a hot head on a bike.. and this happens to you.. (and the drivers window is open.. ).. jump into the window.»
