Victim, Liliana Popa, 54 years old woman was the administrator of the apartment building where the horror occurred. The crime took place in Sector 6 of Bucharest, in the Crângasi neighborhood, on Monday morning, around 8:30 a.m., November 6, 2023. Surveillance cameras captured the entire moment. A witness revealed how the man doused her with gasoline, then set her on fire. Unfortunately, the woman died before rescuers arrived
