The alleged pervert chased his victim while she was pedaling on the bike path to touch her without consent.

Female cyclist reportedly suffered groping and sexual harassment from a biker in northern Bogotá.

Relatives of the victim are asking citizens for help in identifying him and bringing him to the authorities [sic],” they reported on the aforementioned social network.

The alleged harasser was caught on video touching the victim while she was riding on a cycle path
