«No one in this video is smart or matters but they did warn him soooo his fault in a way and he threatened them repeatedly when they were trying to tell him to stop saying he’s gonna kill them then if he got in a 3 foot range then he would be killed. He continued with the threats and his wife even started talking, to me everybody here is in the wrong »
White Trash Inbred 72 Year Old Kills Neighbor over a Mattress
«Basically you got a choice: Stand around shit talking all day and not getting violently physical.
or
when they bring a gun into it the wise thing to do is not stand there running ya mouth talking shit all day.»
«Dude had it 1000% coming to him. Dude was calm but told him what would happen. Bro didn't listen.»
«@1:16 looks like Howard managed to throw that baseball bat at old fatty. Old man got hit in the stomach, right side flank area. You then hear the shotgun blast and the bat hit the ground after bouncing off of the old man.
The old man fired two shots, then the gun jams. It was reported that Howard got shot in the arm thus dropping the bat. Meaning Howard was still alive, because he picked up the bat and threw it at the old man. So the kill shot was from young fatty. Yet they convicted old man to 15 years and not guilty to the son. »
«Thank you whoever uploaded this. I have a friend who looks like the dude behind but more downsyndrome. Just made the group chats night HAHAHA»
«The dude threatened to kill them, was warned multiple times to stay back...so he got justifiably shot. How did this old man get any jail time?»
«This is exactly what the fuck should have happened to this screaming stupid fuck. WHY in the world would you ignore someone's threats to defend themselves with a gun?
Fuck I hope these two don't get fucked for this. Moron deserved it»
«I thought they werent gonna shoot her man. Stupid bitches will get you killed»
«Why the fuck would you stand around and argue wih two half nekkid armed chuds?»
«A Texas father was sentenced on Friday to 14 years in prison in the 2018 shooting death of his neighbor during a dispute over a mattress in Abilene, Texas. Jurors in Taylor County reached their decision against 72-year-old Johnnie Miller of Abilene just a day after the jury convicted him of murder in the case. “Johnnie refused an offer of 25 years and received considerably less from a jury,” said Justin Sparks of Fort Worth on Friday after the sentencing hearing. Sparks, his father, Ken Sparks, and Graham Norris, all of Fort Worth, were the defense attorneys for the Millers. The same jury found Johnnie Miller’s son, Michael Miller, not guilty of murder Thursday in the shooting. “We were overjoyed at the result in Michael Miller’s case since he was offered 25 years in prison and ended up with an unanimous verdict of not guilty,” Justin Sparks said Friday afternoon. Johnnie Miller was convicted in the fatal September 2018 shooting of Aaron Howard in September 2018.
