«The guy head nods his girl, Look over there. She turns around as sees the dog. The car backing up in the background is the neighbor. Unaware his dog is loose. The dog is barking and 80% there, when the owner jumps out of the truck with his hand up. He only starts to run after the shots are fired. This clip is missing some footage at the beginning. The guy is seeing as his kid being handed to him, in all he never stopped looking in that direction.
Clearly this dog is known in the neighborhood as an aggressive dog. So NO this dog was not friendly.»
