LOL.. This guy's wife reported him driving drunk to the police and things went from bad to worse for him. They should also charge him for wearing that t-shirt. Imagine being so Beta you own wife blows you in to the cops.

First the cop states to the other cop that he was parked (not driving), they ONLY have the wife's statement that he was drinking, no investigating was done to determine if it was true. He even admits that the container of alcohol was unopened until they cracked the seal on the bottle.
demanded the guy exit the vehicle, which can only be done under two reasons, 1. The cop KNOWS (not suspects) there is a weapon in the car AND has Probable Cause the suspect is a violent criminal (per US Supreme Court, Pennsylvania v. Mims), or 2. During the action of an arrest..
also the cop was willing to use a Taser to force compliance, which is against every police department policies.
So this whole stop, threats, excessive force (anytime an officer touches you without legal authority to do so, like an unlawful detainment or arrest, makes it automatically excessive force), unlawful arrests, additional excessive force (dragging him out of the police vehicle) is all grounds for a Constitutional Rights violation lawsuit....
Additional, I fully believe that any follow up will end up showing him blowing a 0.0 or at least below the legal limit.
I feel that the wife is preparing to divorce him and wants to have him in as much legal trouble as possible in order to get the courts on her side.... I've seen this tactic used many times by women on the advice of their divorce lawyers.»
