«I lived in a Colombia for a while and the country is so corrupt that, when you have to make a payment to the Department of Immigration for a visa extension, the government agency cannot accept payment (because they'll steal the money and say you never paid and scr*w up your immigration status). You have to go to a bank and deposit the payment into the account of the agency. At the bank, Colombia is so d*ng*rous, there was a security guard who not only had a gun, he had the revolver in his hand.
