On August 29, an alarming incident took place in the San Antonio neighborhood, located in the Antonio Nariño district of Bogotá. A minor was the victim of a violent robbery when subjects on a motorcycle approached her and, in an attempt to steal her bag, dragged her for several blocks, causing serious injuries.
