At about 3:40 p.m. on July 28, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Đinh, born in 1979 (Live in Rua Ha Village, Thanh Thuy Commune) and a number of other workers came to work at the Industrial Cluster in the commune.

While working together in the yard of a factory, Nguyễn Văn Đinh was suddenly hit by a falling electricity pole. A few seconds after the accident, the victim tried to stand up but collapsed onto the ground and died shortly after that
