The victim, identified as Carlos "N", died due to injuries.

In the images, a man wearing a black t-shirt and beige shorts can be seen in the foreground being chased by a second subject who appears to be armed. The victim can be seen running while the attacker shoots him to make him fall. While all this is happening, vehicles are passing by.


The events occurred in the city of Celaya, in the Santiaguito neighborhood , where the victim identified as Carlos "N" ended up on the ground after being chased at gunpoint. Even in the clip of just 15 seconds, it can be seen how several shots are fired at him while he is still on the ground.
