Nezahualcóyotl, Mex.-The driver of a car ran over and dragged a woman for several meters , leaving her seriously injured , in the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl and then fled.

In a video posted on social media, the driver of a Ford Focus vehicle with license plates from the State of Mexico is seen driving down one of the streets of that town in the eastern part of the Valley of Mexico and dragging a person under the vehicle.
