A dog named Lulu dies after UPS delivery man allegedly tosses 55lb package over fence before driving off.
The driver approached Naria Harutjunjan's North Hills home in Los Angeles around 5pm on Wednesday and threw a large brown box over the gate.
When Harutjunjan went to pick up the delivery, she saw her dog had been severely injured and couldn't move anymore.
She and a few neighbors rushed Lulu to the vet, but the dog had passed.
It is unclear if the driver was aware the dog was there when he tossed the package.
Harutjunjan says she is considering legal action against the driver, UPS, and Amazon.
