The merchant, a resident of Ezequiel Montes, was murdered in cold blood by a subject who first shot him when the victim tried to get into a van and then gave him the coup de grace.
The individual was wearing denim overalls, a sweatshirt and a cap, as seen in the video captured by a security camera and shared on social media.
