CCTV footage shows the moment the suspect spots the mother and her three-year-old boy before STABBING him to DEATH while his mother was loading groceries into the back of her car.
'There's a child, he's bleeding all over the place... they're giving him CPR.'
The footage shows the suspect holding a kitchen knife while walking towards Margot Wood, 38, and her son Julian Wood, 3, inside the Giant Eagle supermarket in North Olmstead, Cleveland.
The suspect then turns around and follows them.
Less than six minutes later, Julian was bleeding to death on the parking lot asphalt as Margot pleaded with paramedics: 'don't worry about me.'
'I hear a scream, I look back, and she's just stabbing' a witness said.
Julian suffered fatal stab wounds to his back and cheek while sitting in his shopping trolley.
The mother sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Both were rushed to St. John Medical Center.
'All I heard was just screaming and the lady grabbed her towel from the bottom of the cart and that's when it fell over and they collapsed over here' another witness said.
Bionca Ellis, 32, was arrested a short walk away, still holding the bloodied knife.
She had been arrested days earlier on a parole violation but was released. She is charged with aggravated murder and her bail was set at $1 million.
