Vietnam: The accident caused two people to fall on the road. The child was run over by a truck and died on the spot, while the woman had her legs run over and was taken to the emergency room by people. The electric bicycle was swept under the truck.

It is known that the victims were two grandmothers and grandchildren. The grandmother was taking her 2nd grade granddaughter to school when she unfortunately had an accident.
