Suspect WANTED after a 31-year-old victim was found in his vehicle with a gunshot wound to the chest and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Philadelphia Police Department says the suspect’s vehicle was last seen traveling north on Old York Rd into Cheltenham Township.
