In Visakhapatnam, SPF Constable Shankarrao committed suicide by blasting himself with a gun while on duty. Police said that Shankarrao, who attended the five o'clock shift duty this morning, shot himself with the SLR gun he had at seven o'clock. Heartbreaking footage of the suicide was captured by TV9.
