However, instead of the celestial spectacle, they witnessed an unusual and controversial incident. The newscasters quickly tried to divert the audience’s attention upon realizing the mistake, while the production team removed the recording from the broadcast. Later, in an attempt to handle the situation, one of the anchors thanked the viewers for their participation and noted that the controversial video was contributed by an amateur, highlighting how involving the audience in special events can lead to embarrassing situations if not managed properly. “These would be the municipalities where it could be most appreciated,” the presenter continued, acknowledging the mishap in a nervous tone: “This last video is from an amateur… thank you, we insist to the people who are reporting.”
