A fateful event occurred this Saturday in the Azacualpa mountain, located east of Francisco Morazán. Kevin Garay, a 23-year-old young man, lost his life at the Teaching Hospital after receiving a forceful blow to the head during an altercation over the land dispute.
The tragic event occurred when, according to preliminary reports, an alleged purged police officer became upset by the measurement of the land and violently attacked Garay.
In a video recorded by the victim's partner, you can see how the aggressor, armed with a shovel, delivers the fatal blow to the head. Garay suffered a cerebral seizure as a result of the impact, which led his family to quickly transport him to the hospital.
