In an operation that involved intense searches and surveillance, Caratinga authorities managed to arrest the perpetrator of the murder of Kaio Emanuel Rodrigues Silva de Paula , 19, which occurred in a bar in the city.
The crime occurred around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, when several calls alerted the Military Police about an armed man who entered the bar and shot Kaio.
