«Chances are, some of those hands were liars.»
Rapper Killer Mike Goes Nuclear on Black Folks During a Town Hall (Truth Hurts)
«If their community would become more self reliant they would realize that nobody was holding them down but their own people and culture. When they blame white people for their problems they're failing to realize that there are many other cultures and races that have fit into the American culture and had plenty of success. It took one generation of my family to become business owners, graduates, artists and to have families of their own because we worked hard. We aren't white so we didn't just blend in to the community but we succeeded for the most part anyway. Those who didn't succeed and suffer an ugly existence are those who adopted the thug culture and identified as minorities. The few that became dealers, murderers and whores did it because they wanted the image. There's no difference in opportunity from those who own a business and live in a million dollar house and those who are in prison. Amongst my people the difference is that some of them are corrupted by the minority culture and some of them are just Americans now.»
