Man, 54 falls into a boiling pot of porridge. His wife said he had epilepsy but to me it seemed like he was a bit tipsy. Who knows. Nobody could help because they'd burn their hands while trying to grab him. Eventually they dumped the pot over but it was too late.
In a tragic incident, a man in Madurai died from burns after falling into a pot of boiling porridge on Tuesday, August 2. The police identified the man as Muthukumar (54). The porridge was being prepared for the Aadi festival to be offered to devotees at the Muthu Mariyamman temple in Palanganatham in Subramaniapuram.
