On May 10, 2018, a tragic incident occurred in Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, involving a 10-month-old girl who fell to her death from an escalator. This accident happened when the mother, carrying the baby, lost her balance while posing for a selfie on the escalator at the request of her husband. The baby slipped from her arms, struck the railing of the escalator, and fell three stories down, resulting in instant death.
