This happened in Barra Mansa, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Elieser Medeiros Pereira, aged 34, was fatally shot.

He suffered eight gunshot wounds and was taken in critical condition to the Santa Casa de Misericórdia by the Emergency Mobile Care Service (Samu). Despite medical efforts, Pereira did not survive the injuries.
