«This victim is criminal who lived in Hanoi. It seems that he owed somebody other bad guy like $20K. When the victim didn't pay back the loan, he received a text whihc stated that he may lose a leg day someday. The Nijna got 5-years and the police aren't sure if the text and incident are related. Not sure if related; how did we lose a war to the these guys? Oh, and it sounds like the guy lived.»
