A fateful event surprised tourists and locals on Maruata beach, in Aquila, Michoacán, when a powerful lightning strike hit several people, resulting in the unfortunate death of two individuals.

According to information obtained by local media, the lightning directly hit two tourists on Maruata Beach, instantly depriving them of their lives. The event that occurred in one of the most popular tourist destinations in the state has left both locals and visitors dismayed.
