A disturbing video out of China shows a man who is reportedly the restaurant owner yelling and slapping a man for not paying for his meal.
The violence escalates shockingly when the owner picks up a brick and skulls the customer repeatedly. The victim is then dragged to the ground with the crazed owner mounts him.
The victim is finally seen unconscious in a pool of his own blood.
It is not known if the victim survived.
