About a year ago, a video went viral of people barbequing dead rats on the sidewalks of New York City. Well, it seems that wasn't a one-off as a new video has surfaced from over the weekend of a couple roasting dead rodents on a BBQ as well.

Have food prices gotten so high, that people are resorting to eating what is free and plentiful Which in NYC, is rats?
