Four people have turned themselves in to the police and have been charged with assault in connection with a brawl that broke out along the waterfront in Montgomery, Alabama. The misdemeanor assault is penalized by a fine of up to $6,000 and up to one year in jail. The four accused are scheduled for arraignment on Sept. 1
