This report documents the facts and circumstances of a just occurred Domestic Battery at 2990 16th St N, 7-11 that occurred on Friday, March 31st,2023. The victim and arrested are in a romantic relationship and have lived together in the past. The arrested punched the victim in the face three times while he was driving south on 16th St N and dug her finger nails into the victims forearm. The victim sustained minor swelling to the left side of his face as well as scratch marks to his right forearm. The arrested alleged the injuries the victim sustained were from her defending herself from being choked. The arrested was seen to have one superficial scratch on her stomach. There are no witnesses to the incident. Probable cause was established and the suspect was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail without incident. The victim did not want to prosecute. Kindra E Banks arrested on 3/31/2023 for BATTERY; DOMESTIC.
