The best carnival beach party in the world is in Rio de Janeiro, on Leblon beach. I don't need to write much to explain this, you can see it in the video. Not even on a day when the sun wasn't so present did people crowd the beach to celebrate the carnival party in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
