The teacher is WRONG, the NEA is WRONG. They don't own the classroom and it is not "theirs." The classrooms belong to the TAXPAYERS who elect SCHOOL BOARDS who hire ADMINISTRATORS to enforce POLICIES that carry the weight of LAW
