A man has been arrested after police say they found a pair of children locked inside dog kennels inside his central valley apartment.
Travis Doss was arrested on Sunday, June 11, and is facing more than a dozen child abuse charges, as well as an attemper murder charge.
According to the arrest report, police were dispatched to a Walgreens, located at Valley View and Flamingo, after a woman was found hiding in the stock room.
Police made contact with the woman and were informed that she was hiding from her husband, who was allegedly trying to kill her. The woman also told police that there were three children locked in dog kennels inside their apartment.
