Tyler Canaris was on his walk to work one morning where he was stopped after "matching" a description of a man who had been seen in the area trying to break into cars. But after a short talk with the police officer Michael McMaster of the paulding County, Georgia police decided to slam him into the ground leaving lasting damage on the 29 year old.
