I would question how safe the overwhelming majority of those products are. The fact they can be sold for that cheap, and in the open, my guess is they're not all 100% what they say they are. It is widely known during festivals in Brazil to NOT buy the drugs there because they're usually laced with something else.

This goes to show you how bad the police enforcement is here though. Looks like LA.
