SHOCKING: An 11-year-old was arrested 9 times and charged with 19 crimes (many felonies) in a little over TWO months in Tennessee.

District Attorney Steve Mulroy called after the story aired to let me know his office pushed that the juvenile is held in detention. Clearly, those wishes weren’t granted.
