<p>This was the chaotic scene in Harlem Sunday when NYPD officers made the arrest of a man and locals made their jobs as difficult as possible. One woman comes into the frame who is said to be the perp's girlfriend tries to free her man before assaulting one of the biggest cops on site. The officer was having none of it and showed her firsthand what equal rights looks like. Ironically enough, his right was the first hand to knock the soul right out of her. The clobbered woman was arrested as well.</p>
