<p>A crazy video out of Beijing shows residents fishing from highrises as strict lockdowns start starving that city as it has Shanghai. In the video, a fishing line with some sort of bait attached is lowered into a Koi pond. Within seconds, a fish, which is probably also starving, latches onto the line, and voila, lunch is served.</p>
