<p>Video showing massive caravans of homeless people living inside their campers and tents at the side of major roads in Portland. In February, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler banned people experiencing homelessness from camping next to freeways and along high-crash corridors. New videos uploaded recently to social media however show massive encampments still up and running at the side of these busy roads.</p>

Youtube has hundreds of these vides dating back 5+ years of the same libturd progressive shitholes like Seattle, Portland, Santa Monica, Los Angeles, San Francisco....all with the same problem. San Francisco even has a shit map for the last 10 years, where people report piles of human waste on the sidewalk. When you plot them all out, San Fran just appears brown on a map.»
