<p>BED-STUY, BROOKLYN — Video of a complicated arrest at a Bed-Stuy subway station Friday has spurred debate amid the NYPD's revival of "broken windows policing" and a crackdown in the city subway system.</p>
<p>The arrest — which unfolded when a woman who jumped the Nostrand Avenue turnstile bit and punched NYPD officers — has been seen more than 90,000 times since a video of it was posted online this morning, according to police and the video.</p>
<p>It shows four officers surrounding a handcuffed 18-year-old woman as she cries out for help, according to the video.</p>
<p>"I'm not doing nothing," the woman yells. "That hurts ... You slammed my head on a wall, get off of me."</p>
<p>But police say the woman bit one police officer and punched another in the face when they caught her trying to skip out on the fare and tried to take her out of the Nostrand Avenue A/C station about 9:30 a.m.</p>
<p>The officers were sent to a local hospital and the woman, who is "known to the department," was taken into custody, police said.</p>
<p>Her charges were pending as of 12:30 p.m., the NYPD spokesperson said.</p>
