During this episode of NYC is a giant shithole, a black woman with a bright orange wig just casually walks up to a parked NYC cab with a cinder block and smashes the window while parked. Then the woman climbs through the broken window and grabs what seems to be a mobile phone before running away. Maybe NYC drivers need to start to keeping pit bulls inside their cars while parked?</p>
