(WFSB) - The Office of the Inspector General has released a preliminary report, including bodycam video, of a mental health wellness check that ended in the deadly shooting of 53-year-old Everard Walker.&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;The shooting occurred last week.
