The judge has just sent the Lindsay Clancy jury to DELIBERATE for the 7TH DAY after the defense tried viciously to scrutinize and throw out the lone juror holding out against "not guilty" That juror is holding strong! If it stays this way, a mistrial could be coming. Hopefully their personal info stays PRIVATE so the left can't threaten and commit violence The entire point is independent people weighing the evidence and deliberating. If one juror cannot be persuaded by the others’ arguments or view of the facts, that’s a failure of those arguments, not a failure of the system. RUSKIN, Fla. — The man accused of shoving another man off a boat dock in Ruskin and throwing his body into the water was found guilty on Wednesday. A jury found 52-year-old Kamal Padlowski guilty of one count of murder after a brief trial that took place over the span of three days. The family of the victim, Melvin Jimenez, was in court. Throughout the week, prosecutors argued that Padlowski met the victim at a bar near Bahia Beach Boulevard in May of 2024, before inviting him back to his boat to continue drinking. During the trial, surveillance video was shown capturing the night of the murder and the altercation that ensued. It was the first time Angela and Kimberly Sprenger, Jimenez’s wife and daughter, said they saw video. “He was a good person. He would never do anything to deserve this. No one deserves to be killed in broad daylight from other people,” said Kimberly. Bodycam video showing a conversation between a witness and an officer was also revealed and a handful of other witnesses were called to the stand. Padlowski also took the stand during trial. “All the things he was saying was just total lies. And to try to go after my husband’s character that way is just so awful,” said Angela. On Wednesday, following the jury’s decision, a judge revoked bond for Padlowski and adjudicated him guilty. Sentencing has been scheduled for Aug. 17 at 2 p.m., with post trial motions to be heard at that time. Latisa Perryman’s 20-year-old son, Jarvis Perryman, was shot to death in Euclid Beach Park in Cleveland by Christopher Manning, who pleaded guilty last week. Latisa said to Judge Steven Gall, “I told him it had to be a life in there, because that’s… my son’s life is gone. Why would we do 25 to 32? How is that fair?” Gall responded by saying, “Nothing in this process is fair. There’s no sense of fairness. Charles Jones Jr., known as rapper ‘Julio Foolio,’ was murdered in an ambush shooting in June of 2024 by Isaiah Chance, 23, Sean Gathright, 20, Rashad Murphy, 32, and Davion Murphy, 29. It is believed the murder was part of a retaliation for ongoing Jacksonville, Florida, gang violence. Prosecutors were seeking the death penalty for all 4 men, found guilty of first-degree murder; however, the jury recommended life without parole. Reporter @Savsays got first insights from some of the supporters outside of the Karmelo Anthony trial. “Better mine than yours.” One woman, who states that she was there to report, shared that if evidence shows that Anthony was not acting in self-defense, she does not believe the black community would accept that, stating that “they stand by ours regardless.” A black minister standing outside of the courthouse stated that the American justice system is the “final frontier of racism and it’s legalized here.” Throughout the week, supporters of Anthony have been very tight-lipped and unwilling to speak with the media. The woman mentioned above was told to stop speaking to our reporter by one of the Black Panthers present.
