After about four months of dating the girl's mother, Le Lievre said he only dated her so he could get closer to the daughter. On Christmas Day in 2023, the girl says she was told to remove her clothes before Le Lievre assaulted her on the bathroom floor. The alleged r*pe lasted for 10 minutes. According to reports, Le Lievre changed the girl's schedule at Tuskawilla Middle School so she could be in his class. "Detectives said the mother caught Le Lievre talking to her daughter on the phone in the middle of the night multiple times and holding her hands at Disney Springs," WCAX reported.
