Paperwork, a no contact order, figure it out. Instead she slips the cuffs to the front. Then she does it AGAIN. Kicking, spinning, won't sit down. The officer tells her ahead of time, you do that again and you get charged. She does it again. The channel says more than 90% of her charges came AFTER she was already arrested. Read that one more time. . She grabbed a shovel and kept going. And give those officers credit. Calm the whole way through. That's the job done right.
