A man armed only with a spatula is being hailed as a hero for fending off a maniac terrorizing an In-N-Out Burger in Southern California. Footage of wild encounter showed the unidentified drive-thru defender engaging with a woman swinging a large piece of wood inside the eatery in Lake Elsinore. The customer who captured the crazy showdown described watching it all unfold, saying she first heard a young man in the car in front of her in the drive-thru yell to a woman inside to “Get the F out of here.” She said she initially thought the pair was just having some kind of “beef,” believing they knew each other.
