Elizabeth Boucher, 24, was allegedly driving drunk in Daytona Beach when she slammed into a car parked in a woman's driveway. When a neighbor told the victim about the crash, the owner ran out front to check, and Boucher smacked her in the face. When officers asked for her driver's license, she handed them her passport, and when they asked again, she told the officers “she was hot” before trying to get into the police car. Boucher was charged with resisting arrest without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, touch or strike, refusal to submit to DUI testing, DUI, and DUI damage of property.
