Mauricio Godinez and Melizza Cardiel Godinez were at the Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport in Kearny Mesa when they heard a “loud boom.” A Cessna Skyhawk had crashed onto the runway and was engulfed in flames. The truck driver looked like and Indian Immigrant. Legal or not, no names of driver or victim have been released. The big rig was doing a u-turn in the fog and a 40 year old man crashed into him and died instantly.
